Shipping to Europe

Europe only - £5.50 per order (3-6 days)

Note: Due to various restrictions, we cannot ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. Should this type of item be ordered on an overseas order, then we will automatically refund the non-permitted items and ship the remainder of the order.

The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg (2000g) in weight in any one order.

Dispatch
It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) we aim to dispatch on the same day if you place a order by 3pm (UK time). Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.

Item not Received

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it is been missing for 30 working days.

So we will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for this amount of time to pass from the dispatch date. If you still haven't received goods after this period of time period, please contact us at and a refund will be offered. We do advise you to refer to the dates above before contacting us.
